Orders
To place an order, simply browse the products you wish to purchase on our website, choose an option and add the chosen items to your shopping cart. The “Add to cart” button can be found on the product page if the product is available to purchase. Once you are happy with the items in your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the checkout process to place your order.

Yes, we do accept International Orders, but we do not arrange international couriers. You would have to book your own courier of your choice.
Please do not place International Orders on the website, but rather contact us directly to process you order.
You can cancel your order if you haven’t paid for it.
Changing your delivery address after placing an order is not possible, however you are able to reschedule date & time for delivery.
Yes, you can contact us directly to place the order or you can visit our showrooms in CT and JHB.
Delivery
We will deliver your order by the estimated delivery date provided in your payment confirmation. You can track your order on this page using your order tracking number.
If your box is damaged upon receipt, please take photos & video before & after opening it.
Please contact us immediately for us to escalate this with the courier company.
Refunds & Exchanges
Exchanges & Refunds will only be processed if it is determined that the Goods sold to you were defective. Please ensure you order the correct items before placing the order as Exchanges & Refunds will not be processed for incorrect orders. If you are unsure if a product will be suitable for your needs, rather contact us (link to /contact-us) to assist before finalising the order.
Should Goods be found as defective, any claim and/or complaint must be lodged within 7 (seven) days of the date of delivery. Claims and/or complaints lodged after 7 (seven) days will not be entertained. Goods will only be considered for returns on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a strict verification and check-in process by our Quality Department to determine the validity of the return. All returns will have a verification check-in process that may take up to a week. Bonpak SA does not accept any liability until this process is complete and all parties are in agreement of the claim. Stock simply handed over to a Bonpak SA company representative does not constitute acceptance of the claim or liability. During this verification period, the condition of the goods and the packaging will be checked and units counted. If the return or part thereof is rejected the customer will be liable for payment of the goods rejected and these remain the customers property. Bonpak SA reserves the right to further charge a handling fee of 20% on the return goods and invoice for any delivery fees.

We have tried to list as much information on our website as possible. However, should you require more information, do not hesitate to contact us to speak to one of our packaging specialists in our Sales Team.
We stock an extensive range of packaging solutions, and all products have not yet been added. We are also continuously adding more products to our range, so it is possible that we have items in stock that is not yet listed on our website. Our new product development team can also assist with custom packaging solutions.

We aim to replenish stock as soon as possible, but it is possible that we run out of stock due to unexpected sales on that item. The ETA will depend on various factors and is not the same for each item. To get an updated ETA on an item, please contact us.
